Taking our cues from a book called She Said Wine, He Said Beer, we concocted a friendly competition. Each of the following plates in this three course dinner will be paired with one beer by Dave, the brewmaster, and one wine by Aric, our winemaker. It is up to you as our guest to decide which beverage is the superior pairing. It can not be as much about whether you like beer or wine more, but about how that specific beer or wine worked with the cuisine presented. You will be the judge!

Salad - Classic Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing
Entree - Prosciutto Roasted Mahi Mahi. Served with Mushroom Pilaf and fresh sauteéd vegetables.
Dessert - Apple-Walnut Cake drizzled with Warm Caramel Sauce.
