Five short years ago, von Stiehl created this blend of Riesling, Vignoles and Gewurztraminer to celebrate at its annual Wet Whistle Wine Festival in September. The semi-sweet taste appealed to such a wide variety of consumers that it became the second best selling wine for von Stiehl!

Tasters Guild awarded Oktoberfest this prestigious Gold medal along with the following medals: Riesling Bronze; Cabernet Sauvignon Silver; Lakeshore Mist Silver; Late Harvest Riesling Bronze.
