Fall Colors are Peaking

Fall Colors are Peaking along the coast of Lake Michigan and up into the Door Peninsula. In other words, drop all responsibilities, pack the car, and start driving. By next week, the leaves will be starting to drop.

Door County is always lovely, but at the height of fall foliage, it is a feast for the senses. With the landscape dressed in rich shades of red, orange, and yellow, it's impossible to resist. Trails beckon and country roads invite scenic drives and long bike rides. Beaches beg for blankets laden with food and Wisconsin Wine. It's the perfect time for a little holiday.

Fun fall activities in Door County:

There are also numerous hiking trails, bike trails, golf courses, and kayak launch points in Door County.

Call your sweetie or gather your friends and head to Door County as soon as you can. Stop by our Algoma Wisconsin winery on the way, so you'll have good wine to enjoy after full days enjoying the splendor of autumn in Door County.

Try a glass of our new Diamond Chardonnay while you're at our Tasting Room. We've used grapes from Sonoma, California, to produce a lush, full Chardonnay. It's perfect for a warm autumn day.
