Like Mother's Day and Father's Day, Valentine's Day is an opportunity to show someone special how much we appreciate him / her. Sometimes we get busy and forget just how meaningful a little recognition can be.

We all have our favorites. Some of us prefer the semi-dry Riesling. Others prefer a velvety Cabernet Sauvignon, and still others like nothing more than Doc Stiehl's Cherry Bounce, a delicious blend of cherry wine and cherry brandy. The Tasting Room at our Algoma, Wisconsin Winery is open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Why not take the afternoon off work and bring your true love here. An afternoon of wine tasting is mighty romantic!
