It's March, and though you may not know it by looking out the window, spring is on the way. Spring means cherries, and when anyone mentions cherries here at our Wisconsin winery, we think of our Cherry Kirsche "Oak Aged" fortified wine. And that makes us happy.
When you are looking for a wine to pair with a nice, rich dessert, try the Cherry Kirsche Oak Aged. It has an intense flavor, bursting with the flavor of Door County Cherries. It goes exceptionally well with rich chocolate desserts (is there anything better than chocolate and cherries?) and cheesecake. It will infuse your dining room with the fragrance of spring.

We encourage you to stop by our Tasting Room any day of the week, so you can choose an assortment of wines for a variety of meals. If you stop by on a Saturday, you may enjoy the tour of our historic buildings, offered at 2pm through May.
