Stop down at the outdoor terrace or just follow the music coming from Jacob Fannin. Jacob Fannin has two original albums and appeared on Season 3 of NBC’s ‘The Sing Off’\, and has also worked as a vocalist/guitarist for Carnival Cruise Lines and was part of the #1 rated Entertainment team among Carnival’s 20+ ships (as voted by guests) during his time with the company. Jacob performs a full list of cover songs from all genres and is constantly expanding his repertoire. \nLet Jacob Fannin tend your senses with their music while our staff tends the fire! Fall is the time for pumpkin-spice products (edible and not)\, warm soup\, and the long sought-after\, “sweater weather.” And although we too love all these aspects of fall\, this year\, we are cashing in our sweaters for flannels\, our butternut squash soup for chili\, and our pumpkin spice for Toffee Pecan Pie! (Hard Cider\, that is.) \nThat’s right! Join us for a special limited tap release of our new\, Toffee Pecan Pie Hard Cider! And to celebrate this latest hard cider flavor\, we are engulfing ourselves in the fall season and adding a chili pairing with a flannel dress code to this special release event! \nPlus\, if you show up in your best flannel\, post a photo\, and Tag the von Stiehl Cider & Spirits Bar’s Facebook page\, you enter yourself for a chance to win a free glass of cider.  \nThe cost is $10/person\, which earns you a full glass of our new Toffee Pecan Pie Hard Cider\, and a bowl of chili. (So\, come with an appetite and a strong opinion of whether or not noodles belong in chili.) \nTo help you thoroughly enjoy yourself\, and to work off any additional helpings of chili that you may have partook in\, live music will also be performed from 12:30-4PM by Nathan Grajeda. So\, stop down for a bowl of chili\, live music\, and enjoy a hard cider or warm cocktail around the fire. \nWalk-ins the day-of are also welcome.

DESCRIPTION:Amuse Bouche Pairing Tour: Ghost Stories Edition \nSaturday\, October 17th\, 2026\, 4pm  \n$40/Non-Family Plan Member; $35/Family Plan Member \nYou’ve taken a general tour and have heard some ghost stories… you’ve even attended our Amuse-Bouche pairing events of the past and enjoyed all the gourmet samplings… But now\, this Amuse-Bouche Pairing Tour: Ghost Stories Edition is your chance to experience both for a one-night-only experience! \nIf you are unfamiliar with our previous pairing events and what ‘amuse-bouche’ is\, amuse-bouche is a specific cuisine category dedicated to\, simply\, “amuse the mouth” by preparing bite-sized appetizers. Similar to hors d’œuvres\, amuse-bouches are single offerings and generally depict a glimpse of a chef’s style. And although there may not be an entire entree awaiting you\, there is plenty of delicious von Stiehl wine!  \nThe pairings (and potential spirits) you will encounter through this tour were initially inspired by the pairings featured at our quarterly Family Plan Wine Club pick-up parties. However\, the specific pairings have been enhanced and provide an experience beyond stopping by to pick up wine. Part of what makes these five “amuse-bouche” food and wine offerings so special is that all have been hand-selected by our head winemaker\, Aric\, as well as our wine club concierge\, Jennifer. Science\, experience\, and pure enjoyment have gone into each of the five pairings that will be showcased during this tour. Each pairing will be used to awaken the palate while preparing you for the next step throughout our property. And as you may have guessed\, these pairings are also accompanied by ghost storytelling by first-hand accounts from some of our employees who’ve had “experiences” during their time at von Stiehl.  \nIf you are new to our Family Plan wine club\, or are looking to sign up\, this is a great opportunity to learn a bit more about the winery while also looking behind the curtain as to what also goes bump in the night within our facility. Plus\, if you do enjoy this unique event\, and sign up for the Family Plan at the end of the night\, you can also go home with a free bottle of our Dearly Departed. The sun is setting earlier and earlier\, so call the winery at 920-487-5208 to purchase tickets and be prepared to attend this near sundown tour offered at 4:00pm\, with a 20-person capacity.

Stop down at the outdoor terrace or just follow the music coming from Andrew Summers Presents: Lily & The Bard. Lily & The Bard features Andrew Summers The Balladeer\, and Appleton violinist\, Anna O’Brennan. A Wrightstown native who now calls Green Bay home\, Andrew brings an entertaining catalog of heartfelt and farcical originals\, some acoustic renditions of some of his rock band\, TUK’s\, epic hits\, and some well-placed covers with a twist. Partnering with Anna and claiming the name “The Lily & The Bard”\, the two bring some classic Irish reels to life\, as well as partnering to create some of their own. \nLet the Lily & The Bard tend your senses with their music while our staff tends the fire!
