Flannel & Chili Fest
Saturday, October 10th, 2026, 12-4PM
(Chili Tasting at 1PM)
The fall season brings about so many things to raise a glass to, even despite the chill in the air and the painstaking task of raking leaves. Fall is the time for pumpkin-spice products (edible and not), warm soup, and the long sought-after, “sweater weather.” And although we too love all these aspects of fall, this year, we are cashing in our sweaters for flannels, our butternut squash soup for chili, and our pumpkin spice for Toffee Pecan Pie! (Hard Cider, that is.)
That’s right! Join us for a special limited tap release of our new, Toffee Pecan Pie Hard Cider! And to celebrate this latest hard cider flavor, we are engulfing ourselves in the fall season and adding a chili cook-off with a flannel dress code to this special release event!
Plus, if you show up in your best flannel, post a photo, and Tag the von Stiehl Cider & Spirits Bar’s Facebook page, you enter yourself for a chance to win a free glass of cider.
The cost is $10/person, which earns you a full glass of our new Toffee Pecan Pie Hard Cider, and participation and judging in the chili cook-off. (So, come with an appetite and a strong opinion of whether or not noodles belong in chili.)
The chili cook-off will promptly take place at 1PM, and to help you thoroughly enjoy yourself, and to work off any additional helpings of chili that you may have partook in, live music will be performing from 12-4PM. So, stop down for a bowl of chili, live music, and enjoy a hard cider or warm cocktail around the fire.
Purchase your admission online or call into the winery at (920) 487-5208 to RSVP for your spot!
Christmas In July Cider Release & Fashion Show
Saturday, July 18th, 2026, 12 – 4PM
(Fashion Show at 2PM)
We are excited to announce the release of our Strawberry Mint Mojito Hard Cider!
So what better way to celebrate the addition of this summer drink-inspired cider than with a Christmas In July Cider Release & Fashion Show Event!
Join us in not only the enjoyment of a new hard cider release, but enjoy tasty beverages at our pop-up tiki bar! This tiki bar will be offering specialty cocktail flights, available the day of the cider release only.
But if you thought that fun tiki drinks were the only thing to accompany this hard cider debut, we have one more surprise, as this event also entails a unique fashion show!
That’s right, our Strawberry Mint Mojito isn’t the only thing that is going to be showcased! And to boost spirits even higher, we are making the fashion show Christmas-themed. All you have to do is show up in your own special Christmas outfit, or use our craft station to create one that day. If you choose to create your ‘designer piece’ from scratch, we encourage participants to bring their own shirt to decorate, or they can simply add to what they already have on. Finally, it will be time to sip and strut! Literally! All contestants in the fashion show must not only display their own attire and swagger, but must be carrying a drink at all times while walking the catwalk.
Prizes:
1st place: $25 gift certificate
2nd place: 4-pack of cider cans
3rd place: Free tiki cocktail
Plus, if you post a photo of your outfit and tag the von Stiehl Cider & Spirits Bar on Facebook, you get a chance to win a free glass of cider. (Winner chosen that day.)
There is NO COST or sign-up ahead of time. The only obligation to enroll in this fashion show and to win these prizes is to buy a specialty cocktail flight or a glass of the Strawberry Mint Mojito to be entered.
Are you in love with the idea of attending this event to try a new hard cider and ordering a specialty tiki flight but are unsure about channeling your inner Tyra Banks?
No problem! All guests are more than welcome to enjoy our Strawberry Mint Mojito and beverages at the tiki bar without becoming ‘von Stiehl’s Next Top Model.’ However, we do encourage guests to stick around and become part of our judges panel.
And for those of you who are on the fence, and could go either way in this fashion show participation, we recommend treating yourself to our new Strawberry Mint Mojito Hard Cider, a fruity cocktail flight, and one loud listen to Right Said Fred. Then, we simply await what award you will achieve.

For teammates that would love to play, but do not consume alcoholic beverages, NA drinks are also allowed, as long as they are purchased from the Cider & Spirits Bar.
Teams will then play a series of games in the hopes of winning Bronze, Silver, or Gold medals, along with extra goodies per team that accompany their title:
Gold Team: $50 Cider & Spirits Bar Gift Certificate
Silver Team: $25 Cider & Spirits Bar Gift Certificate
Bronze Team: 4-pack of von Stiehl Hard Cider Cans
