This year, Bluegrass on the Lake pays tribute to Bil Jorgenson, a late, local bluegrass legend. Folks have been lining up to play in his honor. Expect to hear the Sawtooth Bluegrass Band, Pickin’ Up Speed, and The Mecan River Ramblers, among others.
If you like to play music as much as you like to listen to it, head to the threshing barn – it will be open for jamming and practicing until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Camping will be available the farm, so plan on staying the weekend. On your way to the Bluegrass Festival, stop by our Algoma, Wisconsin winery for some wine to share. Try a refreshing Lake Harvest Riesling to help you keep cool when the pickin’ gets hot!
