“Teaching is the one profession that creates all other professions.” – UnknownTeacher & Staff Appreciation

Hang in there, summer is almost here! We know this time of the year can get hectic, which is why we are hoping to boost your morale with a Teacher & School Staff Appreciation Weekend May 4th-6th at von Stiehl Winery.

As a small token of our gratitude, we invite all teachers and school staff to stop by our tasting room and enjoy our complimentary samples. After your tasting and choosing your favorite, we will continue honoring teachers and staff with our $5 Glasses of Wine Special all weekend when you show us your school district ID. After all, having wine does help reduce stress!

While you’re here, we will also provide light appetizers in our lounge, such as award winning cheeses from Vern’s Cheese, Inc. We also have a variety of wine pairings (cheese, chocolate and caramel) you’re more than welcome to purchase and enjoy next to the fireplace while you are here.

This event is open to the public, so feel free to bring your family, however, the $5 Glasses of Wine Special will be only given to Teachers & Staff with their school district IDs. With school coming close to an end, we are glad to show you how grateful we are for your service!

Plan your getaway… If you’re planning on coming Friday, we will have extended hours* from 5:30-8pm in honor of the Art of Water Exhibition by James May Gallery. Throughout the weekend you’ll be able to view beautiful art pieces at various locations throughout the town – including here at von Stiehl Winery!

We look forward to you joining us for our $5 Glasses of Wine Special May 4th-6th at von Stiehl Winery.

*Hours for Teacher Appreciation weekend are Friday, May 4th 9am-8:30pm; Saturday, May 5th 9-5pm; Sunday, May 6th 9-5pm.
