Discounts

Von Stiehl discounts are based off of total bottles of von Stiehl wines purchased. Discounts include 4 bottle, 6-11 bottle or case purchases (quantities of 12 bottles) which are 5%, 10% and 15% respectively (i.e. mix & match 6 bottles of von Stiehl wines and receive 10% off your total purchase). If you are a Family Plan member, we will adjust your order to reflect your greater discount prior to charging your card. Shipping

We can ONLY ship wine directly to your door if you live in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NV, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, DC, WI, & WY
Shipments will generally be delivered within ten to fourteen business days. UPS requires a 21yr or older signature for alcohol deliveries, von Stiehl encourages the use of a business address to ensure prompt delivery of your product. Void where prohibited.  Any misrepresentation to the courier is unlawful, and any violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Orders requesting delivery to states that prohibit alcoholic shipments will be void.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after it is submitted. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
