Step into the former garage and prepare to enjoy our creative cocktails and cider flavors. Enjoy a glass of wine, order a spirit flight crafted from our own distilled spirits, or enjoy a draft cider. Our hard ciders start with the finest fruit the region has to offer: apples from orchards throughout Door and Kewaunee counties, and famous Door County Montmorency cherries grown by Seaquist Orchards in Sister Bay. When you sip our Hard Cherry Cider or our apple-forward seasonal releases, you’re tasting the same fruit that makes Door County famous — pressed, fermented, and crafted right here in Algoma.
And it doesn’t stop at cider. Our bar team turns those same locally inspired flavors into creative cocktails made with von Stiehl’s own handcrafted spirits. From our Brandy Old Fashioned Hard Cider to a refreshing cider margarita, every pour has a story rooted in this corner of Wisconsin.
