Great things are happening in Algoma, home of our Wisconsin Winery. A new event is on the calendar: Algoma Art Wave. Come check it out, and when you do, be sure to stop by our Winery for wine tasting and gift purchasing (yes, you may give yourself a gift).

From now on, the second Friday of the month will be turned over to the arts in Algoma. Venues include but are not limited to: Clay on Steele, a community art center that focuses on ceramics; Bren Sibilsky Sculpture, the sculptor’s studio; and Caffe Tlazo, a warm cafe/restaurant located in a restored 1891 Italianate house. In addition to the art on the walls and the food on the tables, Caffe Tlazo will feature live music and after “Wave” hours. This may be a good night to book a room at Hotel Stebbins.

This Friday, December 10, 2010, is the next Algoma Art Wave, between 5 and 8 p.m. Leave work a little early and head to our Algoma Winery for a glass of Wisconsin wine (and a bottle for the weekend). Then hit the Art Wave. You may just find the perfect gift for someone in your life.
