At 54 years of age, you may think that the winery is getting ready to experiment with brick dye to hide the gray areas that have been slowly arising over the years, or that it may choose to not play the terrace music anymore because, “Well, by golly! It’s just too darn loud”. But these thoughts couldn’t be farther from the truth! Von Stiehl Winery is celebrating a spry 54 years this April! To celebrate this anniversary, von Stiehl is offering a special in-house purchase deal the weekend of April 17th. When you stop into the winery and purchase four bottles or more of wine, you will receive a complimentary rose. This rose is to signify not only another year of great experiences within the winery, but to thank all our loyal customers for their continued support. Von Stiehl may be the oldest licensed winery in the state of Wisconsin, but, “Criminy we don’t have to act like it.” During your visit, partake in a wine tasting with a member of our esteemed staff, or soak up some sunshine outside on our terrace. There may be no cake at this party, but what we have is much better; a great team that continues to help the winery succeed, supportive customers who continue to reach into their cellar for a bottle of von Stiehl wine, and an acclaimed 27 spirits who occasionally will also lift up a celebratory glass for the winery. So wear your best pair of britches and nylons, and stop in this April and help us relish this milestone!
