If you haven’t experienced the meat and cheese plate-gone-fancy, otherwise known as charcuterie, you should pencil it into your calendar. In collaboration with Bountiful Boards of Green Bay, we will present a “how-to” build a charcuterie board like a pro, with the perfect wines to pair.
Ashley from Bountiful Boards, and Donna, Assistant Winery Manager, will show you how to create a gorgeous board and explain why these boards can be a wine drinker’s best friend.
Bountiful Boards offers the essentials needed to create your board, the Virtual Charcuterie box includes an Old Amsterdam Aged Gouda, Cambozola, a soppressata, which is an Italian dried salami, and more. The wines you will be pairing are our vibrant, semi-sweet Riesling and the full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.
The bundles are $75 and can be ordered through February 21st. They can be picked up at the winery, in-store or curbside pick-up, on February 24th or 25th.
