Join us for an afternoon of wine and education. At our Riedel Glass & Charcuterie Education event on January 18th, you will be joining our team for an unforgettable winter day at our production facility. Here, we’ll celebrate not only a few von Stiehl wines, but the many flavors that can come about from various Riedel crystal glasses.
We’ll begin with a seated tasting using a four-piece Riedel tasting set. This seated tasting becomes less of a wine education and more of a wine glass immersion.
You’ll then be guided through an education on charcuterie items, where you will be guided as to how to select and design your own charcuterie board. The instructor for this course will be an expert from Charcuter-Me, based out of Francis, WI. These boards will then be used during a pairing education, as you are directed through general rules of wine pairings and helpful hints to use at home.
Finally, enjoy a steak buffet dinner curated by Chef Marshal Wiltfang from Son of Skaliwags and Russ Nockerts from Steel Belly BBQ. Admission also includes: A 4 glass set of Riedel Tasting Glasses, A custom logo charcuterie board and cheese knife, and YOUR CHOICE of a select vintage bottle of wine.
