Ahoy, Wine-Lovers!
Algoma, WI is looking forward to the arrival of the Viking Polaris and Viking Octantis cruise ships and their passengers in 2024! You are invited to join us on the lakeshore where you can watch the ships arrive and depart and the tenders that will ferry the passengers to and from shore.
The cruise ship staff and guests who choose to disembark will be ferried to shore and enjoy excursions around Algoma and the surrounding area, including scheduled private tours at the winery!
Due to these private tours, we will be unable to offer any public tours on these select dates:
- Wednesday, May 29, 2024: Viking Octantis 8 AM – 6 PM
- Friday, July 12, 2024: Viking Polaris 8 AM – 6 PM
- Wednesday, August 7, 2024: Viking Octantis 8 AM – 6 PM
- Wednesday, September 18, 2024: Viking Octantis 8 AM – 6 PM
And limited tours offered only at 3pm on these select dates:
- Tuesday, June 11, 2024: Viking Octantis 7 AM – 3 PM
- Thursday, July 25, 2024: Viking Polaris 7 AM – 3 PM
- Tuesday, August 20, 2024: Viking Octantis 7 AM – 3 PM
- Tuesday, October 1, 2024: Viking Octantis 7 AM – 3 PM

Although we won’t have our normal operating tour hours on the above dates, you are more than welcome to take in the sights of the large cruise ships while enjoying wine, cider, and cocktails out on our terrace!
