Hello Fall

The leaves are changing and the beauty of Fall is officially here. We are so lucky to be located right on the water where we can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the boats float by between the orange and yellow trees.
One of the wines we like to enjoy during this time of year is our Late Harvest Riesling. While the Riesling grapes originated in Germany, our Late Harvest Riesling grapes come from Yakima Valley in the state of Washington. The desert-like climate provides a long summer full of hot days and cool nights coupled with irrigation from the Columbia River. The grapes are left on the vine well into the fall to intensify in taste and sweetness. A very low yield produces an intense Riesling flavor. Enjoy this wine with New York-style cheesecake or peach cobbler.
Come in and sample Late Harvest Riesling for yourself. We will give you a free sample with your tastings all month long.
Hope to see you soon!
~Cheers.
